Gary Partridge - Managing Director
Gary has over a 20-year track-record of leading transactions and delivering outstanding results. Gary founded Lexington because he is passionate to build long-term client relationships and provide results focused advice. He led PwC’s CF team in Bristol and Cardiff for almost 10 years and won Wales Dealmaker of the Year in 2014 and CF team of the Year in 2013 and 2012. Lexington and Gary were recently included in the prestigious "Ones to Watch for 2018" feature by Economia, the ICAEW's official monthly publication which is read by its global membership.
Andy Morris - Director
Andy has 15 years experience in SME investment and fund management gained within Tata’s Venture Capital vehicle, UKSE. Prior to that he held a number of senior finance roles in manufacturing businesses during which time he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and secured an MBA from Aston Business School.
John Tose - Associate
John joined Lexington in mid-2016 and is a graduate of Cardiff University achieving a 2.1 degree in Economics. John previously worked in Hong Kong for a Real Estate Advisory boutique that introduced investors in South East Asia to properties overseas with a focus on London and New York. John is currently undertaking studies for the CISI Corporate Finance qualification in partnership with ICAEW and has successfully acquired the Certificate stage.
Thomas Edwards - Manager
Thomas has experience in Lead Advisory and Transaction Services, having previously worked in the Corporate Finance team at a large regional accountancy firm. He has advised businesses and shareholders on both buy and sell side transactions, as well as carrying out a number of due diligence assignments for acquirers, banks and growth funders. Thomas has a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW in 2012. He also holds the prestigious ICAEW Diploma in Corporate Finance.
