Sale of specialist ABI care provider, New Bridges, to Tracscare
An acquisition creating one of the largest support facilities for people with acquired brain injuries has been facilitated by leading corporate advisory company Lexington Corporate Finance.
The Cardiff-based company supported the acquisition of specialist residential and outreach service provider New Bridges by brain injury support specialists Tracscare. Tracscare provides a complete care pathway from therapeutic settings with clinical teams on site to registered residential care and supported living in the community. By acquiring New Bridges it will enhance its services to provide high-quality social care across residential homes, individual flats and outreach support services in the Newport and North Somerset area.
Lexington facilitated the sale of the Newport-based facility acting for the shareholders throughout the deal, which was of an undisclosed value. The purchase of New Bridges is part of Tracscare’s ongoing growth strategy to provide a comprehensive range of services supporting people with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
Director of Lexington, Gary Partridge said: “The acquisition of New Bridges by Tracscare will enable the business to provide a wealth of specialist support services for people with acquired brain injuries and mental health needs across Wales.
“Both organisations will benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the other with the acquisition providing an industry-leading service. We would like to wish both Tracscare and New Bridges every success in their new venture.”
